Research indicates that dance is uniquely beneficial for people living with physical and cognitive challenges. It enhances physical, cognitive and overall health. It can improve gait, posture, and balance. It also provides an avenue of social engagement, non-verbal expression and communication.

Our Sharing Dance Seniors classes focus on simple repetitive movements and are designed to be danced entirely from a seated position. They are led by our trained instructors, run approximately 45 minutes long and incorporate a variety of music and dance styles.
